A gorgeous graphic novel about the power of creativity and escapism...and the dangers that lie within each. The fantastical illustrations, filled with strange creatures and rendered in jewel-like colors, beg to be pored over. Alvarez’s slim graphic novel will entice fans of Pearson’s Hilda, Over the Garden Wall, and Song of the Sea and leave them begging for another installment.
