Porter Square Books is now running a monthly book group for those interested in reading Children's Nonfiction. Each month the group will discuss one pre-selected book, followed by time for attendees to discuss other nonfiction children's books they’ve read recently. What makes you like or dislike a nonfiction book? What are some great nonfiction titles you’ve read recently? This will be a great resource for teachers, librarians, parents and anyone else interested in children's nonfiction. All are welcome! No RSVP necessary. We will meet the third Saturday of every month, starting at 4:30 PM at Porter Square Books.
The next meeting will be March 17 and the book will be Bootleg: Murder, Moonshine, and the Lawless Years of Prohibition by Karen Blumenthal.
