Samuel Noble was born after his father had been tried and executed for being a witch. His mother fled Scotland with Samuel's uncle Daniel. He was raised with the last name of Noble, but in truth he was the son of Baron Niall Dalais. Now over thirty years later, with a new king, he decides to attempt to reclaim his title and lands.
