Tickets are required for this event. Each ticket includes a copy of THE BIG BOOK OF TRICKS FOR THE BEST DOG EVER, and profits from ticket sales will be donated to local nonprofit dog rescue Save A Dog (http://www.saveadog.org/).

David Zilber, The Noma Guide to Fermentation

Online ticket sales will close at 11AM on Friday, October 26.

This event takes place at First Parish Church in Harvard Square. Tickets, which include a copy of The Noma Guide to Fermentation, are required.

David Zilber will be in conversation with Dr. Pia Sorensen, Lecturer on Science and Cooking at Harvard’s John A. Paulson School of Engineering and Applied Sciences.
