Our event, happening elsewhere

David Zilber, The Noma Guide to Fermentation

Online ticket sales will close at 11AM on Friday, October 26.

This event takes place at First Parish Church in Harvard Square. Tickets, which include a copy of The Noma Guide to Fermentation, are required.

David Zilber will be in conversation with Dr. Pia Sorensen, Lecturer on Science and Cooking at Harvard’s John A. Paulson School of Engineering and Applied Sciences.

Mackenzi Lee, The Lady's Guide to Petticoats and Piracy

This event takes place at Cambridge Public Library.

A year after an accidentally whirlwind grand tour with her brother Monty, Felicity Montague has returned to England with two goals in mind—avoid the marriage proposal of a lovestruck suitor from Edinburgh and enroll in medical school. However, her intellect and passion will never be enough in the eyes of the administrators, who see men as the sole guardians of science.
