Join Porter Square Books for a poetry reading to honor the late New England literary giant Donald Hall, (1928–2018), former Poet Laureate of New Hampshire and of the United States, one year after his death. Contributors to the new anthology Except for Love will read poems inspired by Hall and share reflections on Hall's tremendous legacy.

Join us for a reading to celebrate the publication of Ceremonial Entries by Joseph DeRoche (1938-2013), edited by Kevin Gallagher, with Martha Collins. Poets Collins and Gallagher will be joined by poet Anna M. Warrock in reading from the collection.

Joseph DeRoche was a beloved professor of creative writing and literature at Northeastern University for many years. Ceremonial Entries, just published by Cervena Barva Press, brings together most of his poems, many of them not published in book form before.
