Join Porter Square Books for a poetry reading to honor the late New England literary giant Donald Hall, (1928–2018), former Poet Laureate of New Hampshire and of the United States, one year after his death. Contributors to the new anthology Except for Love will read poems inspired by Hall and share reflections on Hall's tremendous legacy.

Memento Mori is a meditation on mortality, change and loss. Rather than being simply somber, this volume observes our human condition through a poetic kaleidoscope, with glimpses of irony and humor that offer a refreshing contrast to the more difficult moments. Coe is a storyteller who writes with compassion, insight and a razor-sharp eye for detail.
Poet Edgar Kunz reads from his debut full-length collection, alongside local poet Shubha Sunder.
"Charts the gritty, physical terrain of blue-collar masculinity."--New York Times New & Noteworthy
“Kunz arrives with real poetic talent.”--The Millions, “Must Read Poetry”
"[A] gritty, insightful debut." --Washington Post

Local poet Denise Bergman launches her newest collection, Three Hands None.
"I love this book with its strength and riskiness, its weaving of the Kitty Genovese story with the narrator's own story and life. The details Martelli provides seem so real, so rooted, so perfect for these two intertwined tales...This is a book I won't soon forget. Certainly, it's a book not to be missed."--Maria Mazziotti Gillan
