GrubStreet's Submitathon is back and we are so excited!

For Hourly Comics Day 2023, we invite you to grab your art supplies and head to your local Porter Square Books: Boston Edition (50 Liberty Dr. Boston, MA 02210)! We're hosting a panel of comic artists at 7pm on Wednesday, February 1, and you can stop by anytime from open to close (10am-8pm) to draw your hourlies from the comfort of a cozy bookstore by the sea(port).

Porter Square Books and GrubStreet are delighted to present the latest installment of the Grubbie Debut series featuring Boyah J. Farah, author of America Made Me a Black Man, in conversation with GrubStreet executive director Eve Bridburg. This event will take place on Tuesday, February 21 at 7pm at Porter Square Books: Boston Edition (50 Liberty Dr. Boston, MA 02210).

The return of the Silent Reading Party! You can either BYOB (bring your own book) or buy a book here! We’ll be sitting and reading quietly for an hour, followed by some discussion about what we read. Or not, if you don’t feel like talking!
