Writer-ethnographer-mycologist Lawrence Millman has made over 40 trips and expeditions to the Arctic and Subarctic. His 19 books include such titles as Last Places, A Kayak Full of Ghosts, Hiking to Siberia, At the End of the World, Our Like Will Not Be There Again, and Fungipedia.
He has lived in Cambridge for 30 years.
